Again, we say "do not pick a lock in use".

You can try using a pick to lift pins, wafers, or whatever, and freeing up the pin. But you may be better off taking it to a locksmith. Trying too hard may damage the lock.

I have fished out pieces of flotsam such as that out of locks by using something magnetic to pull them out with, I took a pick and ran a strong magnet across it several times and put i
it in untill it touched the piece and dragged it out.
Could give that a try, or what ever is handy.

Whatever you do, don't try flushing it out with super glue… doesn't work…

Just kidding of course. You may try using compressed air to blast it out while lifting the pins at the same time? It may make things worse though. The magnet idea is probably better. Going to a locksmith may be the best. I have a kit of "broken key extractors" from Peterson, but if you are using paper clips to pick a lock it sounds like you probably don't have lock picks either.

Best of luck to you!

A screwdriver with a magnetic tip may work.

I'll bet de23nv45er is a one timer BUT,

A can of compressed air might do the trick as well.
