Firefyter in-the floor?

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

Firefyter in-the floor?

Postby Raymond » 29 Aug 2018 20:27

Hey all! I need to open an in-the-floor Firefyter safe. Can't read the serial number. It is about 14" square. It has a plastic handle on one side, as part of the dial ring, for lifting open and the dial in the center. There is no bolt draw handle. Does anyone have any photos or drawing regarding lock size and bolt orientation? It is thin doored and probably easy to break open but I want to use more finesse. Thanks

Fire Fyter was made by Center Mfg. The lock may be the Center Mfg #100.

Those manipulate nicely, should be a fun hour of spinning the dial.
