Moving this from "Ask beginner lockpicking questions" to "This Old Safe"Unfortunately, we do not teach the public where/how to drill safes or crack their combinations or using methods such as scoping the change key hole. That info can far too easily be used by someone trying to break into someone's safe and while we can be helpful and help you, someone else will come along and read the posts and learn how to do it to someone else's safe.
We are more than happy to help you with basic troubleshooting if a loved one died for example and left the combination scribbled on a piece of paper but you are not sure how to turn the dial in which direction in order to open it.
I will say that youtube is very useful for all sorts of things, and videos like this one explain a lot of useful concepts
