Hi Guys. I just fixed old safe, with Yale No. 025 Series. No Experience first in my life. Safe was left by previous owner in BSMNT with door open, but not working. But after I install back old code didn't work, I found new it changed little (Maybe because I removed spline key, and got different numbers on dial). I understand how works friction fence, but how to tune it properly for long time. It was really loose, I just kick it little by hummer. Now it working, but for how long????? Also How to grease it where to grease, and what kind grease I should use. I did it with lithium grease.
