Safe identification? Can you help find a door?

Hi All,

This is a very, very long shot, and clues are minimal at best.

I am hopeful that someone might know the maker, model, or even have a minor clue or two about the safe. The house is in Spokane and was built in 1948 but I am not sure if the safe was installed then. Door appears to have gone missing quite some time ago. I could not locate any markings, serial numbers, etc. as the box-side of the safe is encased in plaster. These photos are all I have with regard to clues.

Thank you for any help.
