S&G ELECTRONIC LOCK

thanks for that info. but i still need the mrc to do anything. where would i find that ?

Here is more information about the MRC:

Run a Management Reset Code (MRC) from Startup? - S&G

The MRC (management reset code) may have been pre-set at the factory. If so, it will be printed on a white label attached to the lock body if your lock is a model 6120 or 6123.
