from the photos, this feels like an apartment building, are you allowed to change or modify the door locks per the lease?
if it is a condo, your association may stipulate having a master key, but at least since its your condo you can have a locksmith come out, disable or remove the existing hardware, and prep the door (this means drilling the holes in the door and frame) for a normal tubular style North American deadbolt and thus enabling the installation of a blutooth/wifi/prox/keypad enabled electronic lock.
if you are going digital to make it easier for airbnb guests or nanny or handyman to get into the apartment, it may be better to get a Medeco mortise cylinder to swap out the existing one (so they cant go to hardware store and make a copy of the key), and put a combination lock box next to the door like a Supra one, and have the door key inside and give guests the code and change it every month.
