Alternatives to Dom Diamant euro cylinder

Which euro cylinders unlock immediately when you insert the key? The Dom Diamant reads the key directly when you insert it. Do any other locks work without turning the key?

All locks "read" the key when it is inserted. All mechanical locks, including the Dom Diamont, require you to turn the key to unlock or lock the cylinder after inserting the key.
