Ive got metal doors leading to a room. In this room I might keep some stuff.

Doors are quite heavy and need a strong push to even open. As you can see these lack one wheel on the top.

1. Whats your opinion on doors like these? Should i ultimately change doors?
2. If these doors are ok can good people of this forum recommend me some locks or padlocks or something so that these doors would be at least little bit secure? Or maybe i should buy the worst looking padlocks there are? I dont know the metal used for these but its aroud 0,8mm thick. I thought about reinforcing that piece of metal where padlocks goes in, maybe weld in something.
Ive got budget of around 300USD (Rough math - Im from Europe so prices here may be bit different).
The doors are in a semi basement, there is one guard in the building and this hallway is frequently used by blue collar workers.
