As for your question both are very nice locks and what you should get is depended on what you expect from a lock.

In a few months i'm getting my new house and i'm looking for some good overall protection.

Do you have a comparison table between those two locks maybe? In what each lock excel?

I'd think either your EPS are overpriced or the MT5 are very cheap.
EPS is very likely cheaper to copy and is already very close to impossible to defeat non destructively.

I really like the MT5 and I expect it to be better then the EPS in almost every way, as it's a newer design.
But this advice is not perfect. Both are very good locks. And if you are spending €100,- on the locks it can get very costly.
The lock is just the thing that you open and close, more important are the doors, hinges, the mortise lock etc.
