Students at the local university are called 'scarfies' and many live communally in old houses near the university.

It just goes to show that criminals really do not pick locks.

This guy didn't even know the difference between real handcuffs and a costume pair.

Climbed into the home too. Bypassing security is much more popular than confronting it.
