JP-A Set: What's standard?

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

JP-A Set: What's standard?

Postby v12v12 » 15 Nov 2005 2:44

OKay I recieved a JP-A set a couple weeks back, and I emailed the site that I got them from (lockpicks.com) (no response) about what I think is a packaging error: I have 3 "small hooks" in my set. 2 in rubber and 1 in black plastic... is that the standard assortment layout or am I missing a dif pick? :?

If I am missing a pick or 2, what other picks might I get to fill in? Say a half-ball, or full ball/double?

thanks

Just call them, as they're extremely friendly people. I'm sure they will take care of you once your issue is known.

Ah... okay, I sent them an email... but eh. So do you know what pick(s) I should have recieved instead of the 3 small hooks?

I guess that's nice for someone at your skill level, which I'm assuming is higher than mine. But I'm still akin to rakes, and "W's".... I'd really like to try out a half-ball and I do need some kind of double sided pick, like a ball or waffer style pick etc.... Hrmm... maybe I'll make a peterman-style bypass toll out of this extra small-hook..... thanks
