When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

I got one of these for free and I never really use it, but it was floating around on my desk today and I was fidgeting with it. I took the spring out and put it underneath the pick assembly. Now it's like a switchblade
Still useless, but much more dramatic.

Free things do come and come easier when the respect is there, i pass stuff on and people pass stuff on to me, its a way of life in most things, someone likes you and has stuff they dont want you end up with it if you are cheeky enough to ask.

Seems they are so crappy that giving them them away for free is the only way to clear the stock out.
Due to financial limitations the light at the end of tunnel has been turned off until further notice.

People? no.
Person? yes.
It was obviously given to him by someone who no longer needed it, there isnt a stash of them anywhere.

lol, sorry, I don't have some secret supply line to lockpicking schwag. My grandfather bought it for some reason, then let me have it.
It's not totally useless - it's a real snake wrake - it's just that I already have one that's thinner and much more compact. And some Bogatas, which make them both obsolete
Really it doesn't need a spring at all, the thumb screw locks it open or closed. The spring is just there to make it more difficult to open. Go figure.

The quick pick aint that bad ehh fellas? I mean if you make a few home brews its actually pretty cool, lemme dig up a pick i posted in the reveiw thread.. i will admit, to get the pick lock worthy took some hefty filing and sanding, but its good now.
Heres a pick with the finished originalsnake.. bad pick, and a quick homebrew one unfinished.
Enjoy
