You can make a lockpick from some pubic hair twisted together and superglued but whether it would work or not is another matter and a lot of our members wouldnt be able to ge the materials,

You can use things like paper clips, screw drivers, safety pins, nappy pins, pen tops, hait pins, old keys etc etc but your starting off on the wrong foot really, youll spend a long time getting no results and in the end give up on the whole idea due to frustration or go and get a commercial set or make your own from decent materials like you should have done in the first place,

There is a guide on making picks from paper clips but most of us dont think its worth while to do and especially if your new to the sport, its somthing you perhaps do when your actually good at picking with real tools and want some fun.

I currently have a pick & wrench made from bobby pins. At the moment the pick is just a basic hook. But my ghetto DIY pick works. I have opened a couple padlocks from around my house and one from my neighbor’s front gate and letterbox.

I would love nothing more than a couple of Rays picks. But im dreaming at the moment. I wonder does he still make them.
