When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Here's the same template but with a ruler next to it so the resolution problem doesn't get in the way. Remember the handle isn't the right length - just the head, so make your handles longer so you can bend them like Ray does.
