Lockmaster drop: Never heard of them.

Lockmaster is the brand of a German tool maker and vendor.
it is similar to http://www.hpcworld.com/lockhpc/p_2ksspx.htm SSP-30.

Like a half ball or a flat half diamond on a short curve, works good for raking and single pin picking, but you have to pick extra gentle as it has it's weakness. I can feel the pins a little better with this than with a hook.
