I think I could make some of those.. and If I think I can... I know others can/have.. I'm specifically referencing the Variable tension tools...
I'm thinking of doing something like this (If I do I'll Photo Document the whole thing and make a nice pretty post on here about it)
Get a Hacksaw blade and snap it in half
Grind one half so it has a Handle and then what looks like a long J with a nice deep curve in it, then file down the tip of it so it is small enoough to fit into a lock
on the other half of the Hacksaw blade I'll grid it at an angle and then make a small straight piece at the end, I'll heat both of these pieces and then bend at a 90 degree angle.
I'll then clamp both pieces together with the ends about 1/2" apart and drill a hole in them at the appropriate place,
on the first piece that I ground to look like a big J I'll drill another hole about 3/4" away (towards the handle) from the first hole, I'll then use a dremel tool to cut out all the extra material between the two holes.
I'll get a small bolt or Thumbscrew (PC case might get robbed

Anyone see any major flaws / flukes waiting to happen?
