New of Locksmithing - Tool Question

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

how is that working out I've been thinking bout getting one?

It's pretty nice. I haven't abused it yet so I'm not sure how durable it is. I've got it mounted on my bench so the flex shaft sticks out toward the vise. It only goes up to 10,000 rpm ( I never used anything higher on the dremel anyways) but it's got a smooth dial so you've got more precise control on the speed. Oh and it's a bit of a bigger motor so you don't get bogged down as much as the dremel. For the price (even if it break in a year) I think it was a steal.

Oh yeah, the extra fine grinding wheel and fiber buffing wheel work as a really nice stepping stone between hand files/regular grinding wheel and sanding/polishing.
There's nothing what can't be done with a lil Trailer Park Ingenuity.
