There is another type of tension that will work on some locks, and this is done by putting a long wire that has a hardend bend at the tip, this is put through the lock and rotated as it comes out the back of the cylinder. the wire can then be attached to a spring devise on the outside of the lock, this takes advantage of whatever looseness is in the plug to pull it outward, this tends to put a tiny step on the edge of the pin drillings at the shear, and can be combined with an ordinary tensor that puts the step on the side of the keyway. you can put this wire through some cores and pull then put the tensor blade in and pick, it increases the pickability.
