Most of the picks were made from a fishtape style drain auger, the mini's and the double ended were wiper stiffeners (As were the tensors). I wrapped the handles with 18ga solid core copper wire (I did leave on the insulation) for comfort and then heat shrink over the top to hold it in place. They've gotten some use and are getting scratched up, they used to be super shiny... it's a mixed feeling seeing the scratches as that means they are getting use, but at the same time they used to be so pretty...
The dip on a lot of them just after the handle are a finger rest. I got the idea from someone else's picks (I'm sorry, who I don't remember who at the moment) re they had added notches as a cosmetic element but had said they turn out to make a nice finger rest once actually used.
Some hooks, a "reach" hook in the middle and the one on the right, have been my goto tools lately.
A snake of sorts, and two offset diamonds, one far more offset than the other. the one on the right is more cool looking than useful so far...
Some mini picks for small locks, a knife tool (left mostly unfinshed as it doesn't really need a high polish anyway), and a dual ended hook/bogota-ish rake. Other than the knife tool, these were all made from wiper stiffeners.
The tensors I use these days. All are dual ended, with a long end for BOK and short for TOK. I'm really digging the bent ones, really comfortable. The bent ones were inspired by AWOL70's T.O.K.E. set, but I decided to make dual ended ones to carry less of them.
