LN21's new "Seemless" concept picks.

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

LN21's new "Seemless" concept picks.

I figured it would be great to show some teaser shots of some tools from the "seemless line" I am working on. There knife gripped, polished and feel like a dream to hold and work with even though this is primarly a showmans set, or more bragging rights type set.

I belive these tools are only for certain people. My normal tools are workhorses, there much like a pint of beer and some chips. Where as these tools are a bit more refined like a good glass of coniac and cuban cigar to compliment. Sorry to get all proper and you lot, its that these tools take MUCH time and work to complete and to me.. aren't made to be thrown around.

Specs:
Handel Material: Polished Spring steel- More rigid metal, much better handel to hand fedback.
Tang material: Polished Stainless Steel- Much beeter flex and more forgiving, the tang runs the entire length of the tool.
Polishing process: Lets just say there isn't a spot on these tools that haven't been over less that 3 seperate times.
Knife gripped handels: The notches allow a more ergonomic look and feel. You'll find your fingers closer to the tang so the feedback transfer is feel much more clearly.

Very nice!! I keep trying to decide which handle design would best fit my hand and picking style. How long overall are the picks? The double ended picks you have made in the past are great but are too long to fit into any of my cases, even my peterson bi-fold and tri-fold cases along with their old style tri fold case (the cases that fold up but are over and inch thick with or without the picks in the case).

Anyhow, great job on the new picks. I like these alot!

Those are amazing. I've never been into homemade pick tools that much but these may change my mind. 8)

These are a result of being snowed in for days at a time. There a part of a kinda of signing off set, I made mention in my final sale thread.

I will be putting together a set, but it is taking me longer than expected due to the detail needed. I will auction that set off for a week, so until further notice... That's all folks so if you want a set there you go besides very special orders.

He's tried to stop making picks before. I predict we'll continue to see ~1 set/year from LN21 :)

Yup, Eye's hit it on the head. Luckily we have recently been blasted with what I hope to be the final snow storm of the year. So back to my work bench I go!

I am incredibly happy with how the set was finalized. This set took longer than I anticipated, but I have found that the end effect was thrown off if you didn't take the time and get rid of every blemish. I'm sad to say that me making another set like this probobly wont happen.

But either way I'm so pleased with the set as it really does have a classy and one of a kind feel like the suspension of a Porche or a custome tailored suit.. you get the idea

Hope you all enjoy

The set will be auctioned off starting tomarrow as promised many moons ago.

Thats all from the workbench now,

I recently got a beautiful Ratyoke version of the Bill Deforest pick, Its too polished to just stick in a lock, I have other tools for that,

Im gonna make a leather holster for this one pick and perhaps one short tensor. All just for a show piece, rather than a working tool

That set LN21 has could also use a bit of leather accesorizing.

anyone on this site do good leather work?
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
