When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

i have two wrenches for most of my jobs. I made them from grinding some extra allen wrenches that were laying around. one is longer and thicker, one is heavier and thinner. I have yet to find a street sweeper bristle/wiper insert along my travels but want to try them out. they do the job just fine though.
