starting my own DIY lock picks

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

With the handles I took ink pens apart and melted them on it and shape them with my fingers (and yes it burns like a ) but that's all Icould find in the moment and it works great so

Well, an imperfect handle is better than no handle. You may use something else than your finger to shape the hot plastic... like a spoon or a knife.
A groove in a piece of wood could be the bottom part of your "mold", you could push down the half melted plastic with the bottom part of a spoon.

Well I use needle nose to seal it then I shape it but ill try the spoon next time
