Tubular (Ace/Chicago) picks with variable per-pin tension

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

It has been a long, and altogether unpleasant day. That, coupled with the fact that tone of voice really doesn't translate well typed up on a forum, leaves me feeling that I probably read into your statements, elements that weren't really there. Then, full of seemingly righteous indignation, I force-fed myself a foot. (It's going to take a bit to wash the taste of that out of my mouth)

I apologize. I ken your hesitation, and respect your reservations.

Its all good.

I just spent 25 years of my life servicing this particular lock. Ask me about kwikset and i am duh???? What the hell you talking about.
But Tubular no no. Nothing I don't know.

For one there were only 3 tubes that went into padlocks 20 years ago.
2nd is every tube ever produced 20 years ago was punched with a code.
I just so happen to have a reference to all those codes.

No mention of this in the post and really you own one of those locks????
I collect this crap and the rarity of the padlock he speaks of I don' even have one.

And trust me I would buy it.

So we all good MR. I don't take offence to shit.

AW - Have you played with a Fort tubular lock? Think it is from that age range you mentioned. Found this one at a yard sale a while back.
