Universal adhésive tension bar.

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Universal adhésive tension bar.

I wanted to try to make a universal tension bar.

It is interesting in certain situations and especially for locksmiths.

It can be again improved.

The video is not translated but it is very easy to understand.

Nice tension wrench. Seems it might have difficulties in tight keyways. What kind of metal did you use to make it?

Interesting .. doesn't seem to me that the type of metal would matter as long as it doesn't flex to much.. if you rounded the part that attaches around the key way and bent the arm for a inset cylinder ... You could use the Command Strip adhesive pads to attach it.

I may have just found a new project ..
When I finally leave this world.. Will someone please tell my wife what I have REALLY spent on locks ...

I used the metal blade of a hacksaw.

The elasticity of the adhesive may be an advantage if one can use adhesive tape or glue.

There are many adhesives that can be removed without a trace with a solvent.

It's a bit too soft, it must be perfected ;)

I love the way you are able to torque the cylinder from one side to the other, must cut a lot of time off of picking a lock?

i bet superglue would hold better and nitromethane to get it off (works great for superglued fingers too)
