Heya again troops - Romstar thank you very much your advise and templates was number 1. I was just wandering does anyone have any engineering diagrams (preferbly third angle and isometric) schematics with the neccasary dimensions and grinding times and further operations required to make a hole series of picks and second of all how do i attach a handle to my picks

I saw some orthographic projections of picks somewhere, i'll try find out where

Apparently someone is interested in a little more precise pick making process than my "use-tin-snips-on-spring-steel-then-benchgrind-by-instinct" method.

Sweet j-hat! Next thing I know, someone will actually measure the torque they apply, then figure out factors of safety for tension wrench design.
