Does anyone know that details of the lifetime warranty of their high yield picks? I wish they had their standard hook available in that.

From what I gathered when getting a Pagoda pick replaced, they told me the Max Yield lifetime warranty claim process is easy, just send it in and pay $3.00 for return shipping.
As long as it's damaged during intended use, it's covered. But the question is how will they determine what intended use is?
