I recently tried doing the DIY thing with dimple picks. Funny that you mention BosnianBill, because I used his video to guide me. Used the music wire (also known as piano wire). Made some metal handles with an Alan Screw (so I can change out the tips). They work great!
If you are not into the work or simply don't have time Southord is what I used to have. Just to let you know they did all break after about a month and change of working on my dimple pick skills. Perhaps I was to hard on them (I do not have the lightest touch) and I did use them a lot. But it is only going to save you the purchasing of the music wire and a little bit of fabrication time, because my picks form Southord were rough. Sanding took a while (my least favorite part of any fabrication). Usually the stuff you buy needs a bit of work (my experience anyway). I know you are looking to buy some picks, but these are the easiest ones to make. A bend, some heat, a punch, and a cut. Sand and polish. Put in a handle.
When you make it yourself you can design it for yourself.
