New EDC set for myself!

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

New EDC set for myself!

Postby Silverado » 12 Jul 2016 7:45

I just got this set in the mail the other day:

https://store.itstactical.com/edc/bogot ... olset.html

The quality is really impressive, awesome finish. Granted they're small, but they aren't uncomfortable to use. The pry bar is decent and works well. The picks do what they're supposed to do. Never used a bogota before this set came in, but they surely tear through some of the locks I have with little effort.
They fit in my wallet, makes for easy EDC.

Just figured I'd share my input on these in case anyone was interested.

Looks very nice.
Did you get the titanium or stainless?
How thick? and how long is just the handle?

I got stainless, titanium were all sold out. I also read somewhere that titanium have no real advantage over stainless.

Can't get the thickness on them, I don't have a mic. I would guess they're the same thickness as my southord PXS14 set though.

I'll measure the handles as soon as I get a chance but my estimate is that they're a hair over 1.5".
