When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Lock picks dimensions

Hello. Well there is no place to buy lock picks in my country nor i have the tools to make them myself so i was thinking about visiting a blacksmith to make them for me so anyone would mind giving me the exact dimensions for the picks that you see are most important for a beginner as i don't know their names. I hope you'd mention like four or five atleast so that the blacksmith might accept the work as it's a small thingy to ask for.
Thank you

0.60 mm thickness stainless steel or carbon steel

templates will usually include a ruler so when you print you can measure the marks to make sure the scale is 1:1
