well by jacknife pickset finally broke its been on its last legs for awhile now.

anyway i've decided to make my own double sided pocket pick set out of 2mm aluminum when i get my workshop

well i had it for a half a year and i've only used it about 3 times since lol. although its had a hard life in my pocket. originally it only a little crack by the pivot point but it got worse and worse

im making the lock picks out of hacksaw blades and the case itself will be made out of the aluminum.

Is there not some kind of epoxy resin glue that could fix it?

Bummer about the jacknife - I saw one get smashed to bits whilst in someone's back pocket; they threw themselves into a chair and jumped up straight away with copious amounts of swearing... They got a nasty bruise, but they were lucky it didn't cause more damage.

I had the stainless model long ago. The hook that comes in it is the larege hook and must be cut down to work in just about any lock. The large hook is just too big in my opinion.

I used it a couple of times and then sold it. I never could keep the tensioning screw tight so the pick blades always worked loose while picking with it which resulted in poor feedback. In my opinion it is not worth the money. Just my opinion though. Your results may vary.
