The Official Locknewbie21 Pickset Thread

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Correct that tensioner in the midget set with the serrations was a thick but slim Stiffiner.

I find that size fist great for your average joe locks you come accross, but can hold its own on my tension needing locks like the assa twin, medecojoke, schalge primus, and other High tollerance locks.

But as saftey said you can find Metal stock in anysize under the moon. :)

Take care guys.

Holy smokes! I haven't been here for a while, certainly missed a bit, huh? ;) Can't believe the quality of these ones! Is it a 'pm your requests' kinda think LN?

I'd just love to see the reaction of my co-workers when they see these works of art...

What's the thickness of your stock? Ever use windshield wiper inserts for the picks? If so what's the best way of thinning them evenly? Any info is appreciated! :D

First my digi is over exposing things.. I was using it to take night shots of our cars so the camera's acting wierd plus the getting a glare free shot's tough.

Okayyy Sorry for the delay but my dremel took the crap of a lifetime on me  .. So yes she's dead, but made many tools that opened ALOT of locks in her time.

I replaced the dremel and finished the sets. Also since it's spring I am only going to make so many or when I have time... Car season is almost here and I have work to do work and tweaks before the cars goes to shows for the 08 season.

Also trades were made and those sets will be outgoing to.

So if oyu want a Newbie set, Hit the PM button because my box gets jammed with questions request's. I have been chewed out I mean chewed out before for not answering PM's so heres the deal--> I GET ALOT I MEAN ALOT, SO CHILL, OR I WON"T ANSWERE PERIOD.

Final sets before I take a break. I let the tensioners out because you can just see them in the other pictures. :P

So there ya go, Like I said, do not go balistic if it takes me a bit or a PM gets missed, my boxed gets jammed.. it's life sorry :o  But I do my best.

Until next time,

Glad everything arried in top order.
