it looks like a lot of grinding on those feeler guages, how long did it take? all i have is a dremel

if you can't get access to a grinder,you can still do it with your dremel tool,try cutting out the larger parts with with a cutting disk,and then finish off shaping with a stone wheel. polish off all the grinding marks with a needle file,then go through the grades of wet and dry paper untill you have a nice smooth finish.
