What is this (I'm noob question)

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Isn't it true that with euro cylinders sometimes they can be easier to pick the wrong way...then using a plug spinner flick it around to the right way to open.

your right, is tread depth gauge, a duel purpose tool!

making a plug spinner? bear in mind that you are most likely to need one that turns clockwise if your plan is to counter pick locks that are too difficult to pick clockwise.

These things come in cw and ccw versions. for the strategy of counter picking, you will need cw. :wink:
