When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Sorry to contradict you but if you make a thick layer of "rubber", you kill all the feedback. This rubber handle can work only if you make a very thin layer, just one coat is enough. Cheers

That's a good point, actually. I've never tried it, but that makes sense. I guess you only need enough coating to keep the handle from being uncomfortable, so a thin layer would work fine.
