They're inspired by the King & Queen but the geometry is different, and the peak spacing is regulation bogota.

Then he does them with a wine cork.

You have a flair for photographic composition my friend.

I don't know what's more fun; making them, using them or taking pictures of them!

That image isn't as evocative as the previous one.

The one before that had an aire of sophistication to it. As if you were associating lock picking, and even the tools with something "higher class".

The lighting as much as the cork assist in that visual.

I am sure REparsed knows this, but Raimundo uses the cork. So do I.

Yep.
File handles.

Most of my files have wood handles. The ones that don't have a reason for not having a handle.

Corks are great for file handles though.

definately nice picks.

I'm ashamed to post my crap'N'shite. (both image quality and pick quality.)

So here it goes anyways.

Right now it is at the cut and slightly sanded stage, but still needs more sanding and polishing.

Also not in the picture is a bogota pick of sorts that is kept in the other slit opposite of the tension wrench.

Before anyone starts saying things about How Picks like that arn't the best picks to Use, I have regular picks but to carry them around with me isn't practical at work. Since the sales associates are always missing keys to the cheap padlocks that lock up all the expensive merchandise, instead of letting them cut them I'm going to use that to open them so that they don't have to mark down more locks to replace the cut ones. (plus it always hurts to see someone take a pair of bolt cutters to locks  )

Also I only modified 2 things on the pocket knife; the saw type blade, and the little scissors (to a wafer pick). yes the wafer pick works on the 2 locks I tried it on (a filing cabinet that i have that we don't have the key to anymore, and a glass cabinet lock I used to use as a practice lock), not the best thing but gives me a way out from having to pick them the normal way every time.

I left most of the Knife the same because well... whats the point in carrying a pocket knife that has no everyday tools on them.

shame about the knife but looks a good job 8) a basic southord set would be a better idea and just as easy to carry. :)

The knife was very bad quality one so no loss there.

Also the actual blade part of the knife is intact along with everything else on the thing apart from scissors and saw.

Lastly the point was to keep a working pocket knife on me but to remove the things not used all that much, and add something useful to me. Like a Personalized swiss army knife. Not made specifically for picking but with an "Accessory" that allows basic picking. The problem with the pocket knife pick set is that It is only good for picking which means you have to carry another real pocket knife with you, this fixes the problem. (plus if needed other basic picks can be added)
