When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

ive used a garden rake to make picks and they work realy well very strong but not very good for tention wrenches though tends to snap if bent over 90 degrees
