Upon further inspection your picks look quite accurate to the templates, good job! I think I was being over critical in my previous post (that's me .)

Just so you know how picks can turn out when using only a dremel tool and sandpaper, I actually got motivated to post a picture of the ones I kicked out here -

I don't think I did too bad, given that about the only dremel experience I had was cutting holes in computer cases...
