When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.
Upon further inspection your picks look quite accurate to the templates, good job! I think I was being over critical in my previous post (that's me .)

Just so you know how picks can turn out when using only a dremel tool and sandpaper, I actually got motivated to post a picture of the ones I kicked out here -
