REAL review of DX pick Set

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

They are just that XD Pretty cheap! Nah, I'm having lots of fun with the KLOM set, though I do tend to fall back on my SouthOrd set if the KLOM just doesn't deliver. It's a really nice set though, can't go wrong if you have the spare cash

has anyone bought the lishi pick from dx? I was thinking about getting but But im debating if I should get it elsewhere. Dx is good because of the free shipping but I can't stand the wait and not being able to know where my order is at.

Spoke too soon! Just got my package today, and so far pretty pleased. The klom handles are real comfortable, the 6$ set is pretty neat for the price. Also got the dimple picks, which were soaked in grease and took a few rags to get cleaned completely.

Will test actually using them all during the week :)

well, after a bit of playing around with them for a while,I do have one minor complaint, the plating has begun to chip off making the pick surfaces very rough.I am thinking tomarrow I will sand all of the cheap plating off

Haven't had ANY problems with the plating even though I severly abused those picks. But as you say it's nothing a little grinding or filing won't fix ;) I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!

The picks are pretty sturdy but a few were bent from shipping but not too bad. They come with hard plastic handles and are larger than my southord picks
