What's with the straight pick?

Postby jeremy » 23 May 2006 11:52

Could you give a more detailed explanation of the function of the straight pick, third from the left?

wohoo!! here comes jason with his unique handles :D

keep it up m8, nice work, but tell us how u made that handles :)

i m also curious about this, as ur hook picks, from right, are too much big in length, how it can enter through the lock, and how can you work with it inside the lock ?? i have seen many hook picks, like this, i was curios, so i asked you. Also the half diamond pick, i have it, but i m uncomfortable with it when i push it inside the Lock, anylock, Except very big locks :)

You know what? Those look pretty decent. Well done!

From a glance, it looks like you might wish to spend a bit more time sanding them, but I think you've got yourself a nice set of functional picks and the copper pipe handles are a cool touch. Do they stay on tight? Or does the pick wiggle in there?

Either way, good idea and good work!

If you hammer to much the wiper blade insert can hit through the copper since its very very soft,

And it only takes under 3 minutes to replace a handle after its a bit beat up.

If you make it just right it will last you a good while.
