feeler guages

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

i have feeler guages,they are used for wear and tear in engines and what not.Now i need some help in what to use to carve them,i do have a bench grinder,and they are 8.5 cm long and 1.3 cm wide. i need some advice.

Cool i was at harbor frieght picking up some heat shrink and say for two bucks had a huge feeler gauge set i might make a trick back today:O)

use your grinder to shape them and keep quenching them in water.

use the thicker ones and finish them off with emery cloth.

There are templates for picks on this site, I can't remember where
but if you use the search button you should find them.

dam! i just went and brought carbon-steel hacksaw blades and made some killer balls,hooks and half-diamonds!,and also...i got some heatshrink tubing for $11AUD with a variety or different coulours and sizes,man this stuff is da bomb! i just out some white tubing around a pick,and it just slowly slowly shrinks to the pick,im using this stuff for all pick handles i ever make.

I would if i could.But the problem is i have a good camera,but i have to get the cables to hook it up to my computer.Its really annoying.
