Rimmer 2 in 1 Mortice Pick

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

How much BETTER is the Rimmer 2 in 1 Mortice pick than the Souber?

Rimmer 2 in 1 Mortice Pick

Postby mrdoorman » 10 Jul 2006 10:32

I am having real problems trying to buy a Rimmer 2 in 1 mortice pick and have tried several places for it. I have tried SKS, Keyprint and Citysafe but only SKS know what I am talking about and have been out of stock for a while and said it will be a good couple of weeks before they will have any. The other suppliers just sound completely confused as to what it is. Does anybody know where I might be able to get 1 from quicker?

The Souber are just too weak IMO, having helf done in my hands the lack of quality is somewhat apparent.

I liked the RB Medical 2-in-1. :)

I agree, RB is far superior.

This is not the same for the overlifters though. Souber ones file better and are less brittle.

Rimmer is far superior, Souber picks bend too easily.
