I just got those in today, and I was wondering if any of you have purchased them. I can not get them up easily at all. I got one up close, but not all the way, and all the others are just not budging (most likely because my fingers are all screwed up now from trying to pull them up). Anybody have some tips?

UWSDWF is spot on. Heat them up. Boiling water works best. Let them dry a little before putting them on (not so much that they cool down though). Pauly003's method works, but isn't as easy as the first.
An amateur works to get it right. A professional works until he can't get it wrong.

Heat the plastic grips, freeze your picks. Throw your picks in the freezer for several hours and depending on the type of plastic, appropriately heat the grips/coverings. Depending on how soft they are, you may only need to set them out in the sun for a bit, try a hair dryer even.

Actually, I was thinking about just covering the back with a hot glue gun.
Id rough it up a bit to give it more surface to cling to... but a full 360.
maybe a hole or two drilled through to prevent slippage, binding sides.
