what tool would be needed for a double sided key lock i have a laundry room in my house and my dad locked it with some commerical lock thing because we have other room renters so its like 120 to wash cloths and thats just rediculous so the key has 3 grooves and is double sided what tool would be great for this

The tool you need is...
... a better relationship with your dad. My dad never charged me more than 80 to wash clothes.
