Here is my pickset. I made all my own tension wrenches from allen keys and the windshield spins. The first pick on the right of the last tension wrench (fourth from the left) is my homemade pick with the notching (an idea posted by jimmythelock), still a great pick. The next seven picks is my first set ordered from SouthOrd. The small three picks one is inserted and the other two located below the Xacto knife handle was made from the wiperblade spines. I made more picks prior to getting my SouthOrds, but I am recycling them. I cut off the tangs and ends and will be using the remaining material to make my own auto jigglers which I will post soon.
Check out my pickset at: <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v406/Murph712/IMG_0006.jpg">
BTW, this is the first time I used PhotoBucket to post in this forum, so please let me know if there is a problem accessing the images. Thanks!

Booger, the link didn't work. Let me try this:
Yep, it works, helps if I do a Preview.

Looks like a nice set. You should post more of your homemade picks, as seeing southords or any store bought pick over and over again gets old.

That's an interesting tension tool in the top right of the photo. The business ends are pretty long. What do you prefer to use that one on?

I use it sometimes if I feel I'm putting too much tension on a plug. It gives me a lighter touch. I'll use it on key in knob plug. Most of the time, the one of the two tulip wrenches will suffice. I lift weights to help keep fit, so my hands are large and heavy so I tend to exert too much tension, if I'm having one of those days, I'll get out the big one you asked about to get me back in line to use a feather touch.

I understand how you feel. I thought I'd show everyone what I got. I made all of my tension wrenches. Currently, I'm working on a set of auto jigglers which I'll be posting soon. I have 5 more to make. I'm hoping to make a stop at a local auto junkyard to see if they'll give me a couple car locks from several makers. It'll be an interesting challenge, also to see how good my workmanship will be.
