My problem is the smaller side is still a bit bigger then I need just barley. Who makes the most thin but yet high quality double sided tension wrench? I have the option of grinding this one down a little, buy a new one if I can find it, or just custom one with some metal.
Do you prefer a flat style double sided wrench or a twist end double sided wrench? My favorite wrenches are the ones I make from windshield wiper inserts, but if you're out to buy something a lot of people like the Peterson Flat 5.

I'm also reading your question and are you looking for something smaller as far as material thickness goes, or do you need the tip of the tool to be shorter so it doesn't hit the 1st pin in the lock you are trying to use it in?
Also, why did you go with Klom and GOSO? I have 1 GOSO pick and I have never seen lock picks this thick before. I cant even get them into a Schlage SC1 keyway. Klom is known to be a decent name, but I think those Deal Extreme style picks that don't actually say Klom on them for $6.95 and other imitators are not a good investment.
Who makes that set for Lockmasters... the one with the blue handles with holes drilled in them? I thought that was also Klom. No.. wait.. it's coming to me.. they're DINO.
It's interesting that both KLOM and DINO have a set called the Navigator.
DO you have any photos of your wrenches?
Thanks,
