second attemt at homebrew

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

What are you using for your base material, those look beautiful. I especially like the second one from the left (pick). Is it meant to be used tip up or tip down?

Thanks for the comments. I am very new to picking so the tangs may be a bit big(I actually thought they were to thin)
The base material is hacksaw blades.

Great job on the smooth homebrew finish. Are they going to get some kind of handle as well?

you rock 8)
And this is just your second attempt!

You also polished the wrenches... I wander if they loose their grip being so slick.

Cheers :)

the wrenches do seem to slip a bit...but not too bad...I am thinking about roughing them up a bit though.

Very nice job. I am on about my 127th try and have never come close to that quality. I have 12 million tons of great ideas, but only about 2 square inches of talent. :D
