My girlfriend, in her infinite wisdom, asked me to pick out a birthday present. So I ran to the computer & hit up southord, when to the scratch & dent section(one of my favorite places to drool). I picked out this nifty little set here for about 40 bucks.

Excellent pick (no pun intended). The flawed picks are a great start to get a good set for beginners and professionals alike. And, as you mentioned they are reasonably priced.
