I personally haven't ordered from that website but if you're looking for a website that provides tools fast to Canada (considering I reside there as well), you may want to consider Sparrows Picks located at http://www.sparrowslockpicks.com/

The bogota picks may need some sanding but generally overall the quality is superb and the shipment to Canada takes about 3-4 days to arrive?

cheers.

I've ordered from them. And I've had no issues. And the length of time it takes for delivery depends on how you pay. I use paypal everytime.
I want to be, the very best. Like no one ever was. To pick locks is my real test, not breaking them is my cause.
