Hi all - mods, I wasn't sure where to post this, so please feel free to move as you like.
I ordered some fantastic picks from Serepick years ago and have been using them to great effect ever since. Until I did something stupid, completely my own fault, and I was out of luck. I e-mailed Serepick for help, and Matt went ABOVE and beyond anything that could reasonably have been expected.
I know this is really nebulous, but I really don't want to be detailed about this in case the one bad apple out of the hundreds of people who read this decides to take advantage of his kindness.
Bottom line - Serepick is absolutely 100% good to go. Order with confidence and happy picking to all.
